I was served today and catered for by mason in the Lowry store, and I must say he’s work ethic and passion towards the job is absolutely amazing!! He’s customer service was on point and the food was cooked and ready within around 2-3 minutes!! Would definitely recommend this store just off that one staff member alone

I recently visited this store, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the manager, Mahesh. From the moment I walked in, mahesh made sure that my experience was top-notch. He greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that my order was taken promptly. What stood out most was Mahesh attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized In a fast-food setting, it's rare to find a manager who takes such pride in their work and ensures that every customer leaves happy. I will definitely be returning to this location, thanks in large part to the excellent management. Thank you, Mahesh, for making my visit to Burger King a great one!

The food was very hot and delicious. I highly recommend spicy mayo chicken royale and chilli cheese bites. Great service by manger mahesh and Madhuri.
